Terms and Conditions
To cancel an order that has been placed with Maraq Gourmet Soup Shop you must contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 440-447-0359 within 24 hrs. When contacting us please provide your name, order number and your contact information.
Please note that if the order has shipped the it cannot be canceled.
All orders will ship within 48hrs. All soups are made fresh. Therefore it takes time for proper preparation prior to the soup actually being made. Once the soup has been made your items ordered will be shipped the following business day. A confirmation email will be sent once the items leave our facility that will include the FedEx tracking number as well as the estimated time of arrival. Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery.
There will be no refunds for any reason once the order has shipped. All orders placed with Maraq Gourmet Soups will be sold “As-Is” and without guarantee. By making a purchase with our company you are confirming that you have read and understand our refund policy. We will however, replace the exact order of soups damaged during transit. To ensure the best quality please inspect the package upon arrival. All requests made due to incorrect and/or damaged orders must be submitted within two business days of receipt of the order. Please provide pictures of the damage when making replacement requests. Any requests made outside of that time will not be honored.
We cannot guarantee proper handling and receipt once the order has been shipped. Due to delivery by a third party some situations may be out of our control. Please verify the address before submitting the order. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address or attempts to deliver were unsuccessful, we will have to discard the soup and a refund will not be given.
